Synergy was approached by Oceanbridge to source, manage and deliver the refurbishment of their head office. Our client didn’t want an off-the-shelf carpet tile; they wanted something extra special to align with their brand and to suit the demands of the high foot traffic environment. After careful selection, Synergy got to work planning the fine details of this project to ensure minimal disruption to the large and busy office. Taking the hassle away from our client, we arranged isolation of more than 150 work stations, shifting of furniture, packing and moving of office items, uplift of existing flooring, floor preparation and installation of the new carpet tiles. Our team completed all of this under the tight constraints of working after hours, across three weekends and ensuring the Oceanbridge offices were operational come Monday mornings.
