Synergy was approached by the property developer & Leighs to take on the entire flooring scope for the B:Hive project at Smales Farm. We consulted with the Sydney-based architect to design a custom carpet tile to fit the unique style of the flexible office space building. Challenges surrounding the management of multiple trades and installation of a vast quantity of flooring; this was a large and complex project. Synergy Flooring worked closely with Leighs to deliver 8,000sqm of carpet tiles, 3,000sqm of polished concrete, 300sqm of cork and the showcase orange rubber tiles covering the central spiral staircase. All delivered seamlessly for the happy client and users of the building.
